libportlet-api-2.0-spec-java software package provides Java Portlet Specification V2.0, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libportlet-api-2.0-spec-java
libportlet-api-2.0-spec-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libportlet-api-2.0-spec-java package were installed using the commands given below,
