libpolyclipping-dev software package provides polygon clipping, polygon offsetting and polyline offsetting library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libpolyclipping-dev
libpolyclipping-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libpolyclipping-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libpolyclipping-dev *
You will get with libpolyclipping-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
