libpoe-loop-event-perl software package provides POE event loop implementation using Event, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libpoe-loop-event-perl
libpoe-loop-event-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libpoe-loop-event-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libpoe-loop-event-perl *
You will get with libpoe-loop-event-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
