libplack-middleware-cache-perl software package provides Plack::Middleware::Cache - Plack middleware that cache responses, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libplack-middleware-cache-perl
libplack-middleware-cache-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libplack-middleware-cache-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libplack-middleware-cache-perl*
