libphat-tools software package provides collection of tools for libphat, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libphat-tools
libphat-tools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libphat-tools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libphat-tools *
You will get with libphat-tools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
