libpgplot-perl software package provides perl interface to the pgplot plotting library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libpgplot-perl
libpgplot-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libpgplot-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libpgplot-perl *
You will get with libpgplot-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
