libpgm-5.1-0 software package provides OpenPGM shared library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libpgm-5.1-0
libpgm-5.1-0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libpgm-5.1-0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libpgm-5.1-0 *
You will get with libpgm-5.1-0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
