libpg-hstore-perl software package provides Perl module for working with PostgreSQLs HSTORE data type, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libpg-hstore-perl
libpg-hstore-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libpg-hstore-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libpg-hstore-perl *
You will get with libpg-hstore-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
