libpetal-perl software package provides Perl Template Attribute Language - TAL for perl, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libpetal-perl
libpetal-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libpetal-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libpetal-perl *
You will get with libpetal-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
