libperl-prereqscanner-perl software package provides module for extracting prerequisites from Perl code, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libperl-prereqscanner-perl
libperl-prereqscanner-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libperl-prereqscanner-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libperl-prereqscanner-perl *
You will get with libperl-prereqscanner-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
