libpe-rules2 software package provides Pacemaker libraries - rules for P-Engine, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libpe-rules2
libpe-rules2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libpe-rules2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libpe-rules2 *
You will get with libpe-rules2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
