libpath-class-perl software package provides module for cross-platform path specification manipulation, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libpath-class-perl
libpath-class-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libpath-class-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libpath-class-perl *
You will get with libpath-class-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
