libpaq-dev software package provides library for parsing and querying RDF data (header files), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libpaq-dev
libpaq-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libpaq-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libpaq-dev *
You will get with libpaq-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
