libpam-pin software package provides PAM module for using a PIN code, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libpam-pin
libpam-pin is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libpam-pin package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libpam-pin *
You will get with libpam-pin package name, version, architecture and description in a table
