libpam-cap software package provides PAM module for implementing capabilities, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libpam-cap
libpam-cap is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libpam-cap package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libpam-cap *
You will get with libpam-cap package name, version, architecture and description in a table
