libpalm-perl software package provides modules for manipulating pdb and prc database files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libpalm-perl
libpalm-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libpalm-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libpalm-perl *
You will get with libpalm-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
