libopenvg1-mesa-dev software package provides free implementation of the OpenVG API -- development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libopenvg1-mesa-dev
libopenvg1-mesa-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libopenvg1-mesa-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libopenvg1-mesa-dev *
You will get with libopenvg1-mesa-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
