libopenct1-dev software package provides headers and development libraries for libopenct1, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libopenct1-dev
libopenct1-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libopenct1-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libopenct1-dev *
You will get with libopenct1-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
