libompl7 software package provides Sampling-based motion planning library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libompl7
libompl7 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libompl7 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libompl7 *
You will get with libompl7 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
