libocas-dev software package provides Development libraries and header files for LIBOCAS, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libocas-dev
libocas-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libocas-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libocas-dev *
You will get with libocas-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
