libobjc-4.8-dev-ppc64el-cross software package provides Runtime library for GNU Objective-C applications (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libobjc-4.8-dev-ppc64el-cross
libobjc-4.8-dev-ppc64el-cross is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libobjc-4.8-dev-ppc64el-cross package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libobjc-4.8-dev-ppc64el-cross *
