libnumber-bytes-human-perl software package provides module to convert byte count to human readable format and back, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libnumber-bytes-human-perl
libnumber-bytes-human-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libnumber-bytes-human-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libnumber-bytes-human-perl *
You will get with libnumber-bytes-human-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
