How to Install libnuma1 software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

libnuma1 software package provides Libraries for controlling NUMA policy, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install libnuma1

libnuma1 is installed in your system.

Make ensure the libnuma1 package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libnuma1 *

You will get with libnuma1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
