libnini1.1-cil software package provides CLI library for managing configuration files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libnini1.1-cil
libnini1.1-cil is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libnini1.1-cil package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libnini1.1-cil *
You will get with libnini1.1-cil package name, version, architecture and description in a table
