libnids1.21 software package provides IP defragmentation TCP segment reassembly library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libnids1.21
libnids1.21 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libnids1.21 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libnids1.21 *
You will get with libnids1.21 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
