libnews-article-nocem-perl software package provides module to generate accurate NoCeM notices, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libnews-article-nocem-perl
libnews-article-nocem-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libnews-article-nocem-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libnews-article-nocem-perl *
You will get with libnews-article-nocem-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
