libnet-twitter-perl software package provides Perl interface to the Twitter social network, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libnet-twitter-perl
libnet-twitter-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libnet-twitter-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libnet-twitter-perl *
You will get with libnet-twitter-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
