libneon27-dev software package provides Header and static library files for libneon27, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libneon27-dev
libneon27-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libneon27-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libneon27-dev *
You will get with libneon27-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
