libneon27 software package provides HTTP and WebDAV client library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libneon27
libneon27 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libneon27 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libneon27 *
You will get with libneon27 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
