libnagios-object-perl software package provides module to parse and represent Nagios configuration as objects, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libnagios-object-perl
libnagios-object-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libnagios-object-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libnagios-object-perl *
You will get with libnagios-object-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
