libmusicbrainz3-6 software package provides library to access the MusicBrainz.org database, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libmusicbrainz3-6
libmusicbrainz3-6 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libmusicbrainz3-6 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libmusicbrainz3-6 *
You will get with libmusicbrainz3-6 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
