libmoosex-compiletime-traits-p software package provides Moose extension to allow role application at compile-time, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libmoosex-compiletime-traits-p
libmoosex-compiletime-traits-p is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libmoosex-compiletime-traits-p package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libmoosex-compiletime-traits-p*
