libmono-system-web-abstraction software package provides Mono System.Web.Abstractions library (for CLI 4.0), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libmono-system-web-abstraction
libmono-system-web-abstraction is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libmono-system-web-abstraction package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libmono-system-web-abstraction*
You will get with libmono-system-web-abstraction package name, version, architecture and description in a table
