libmono-system-reactive-core2. software package provides Mono System.Reactive.Core Library (for CLI 4.5), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libmono-system-reactive-core2.
libmono-system-reactive-core2. is installed in your system.
