libmms0 software package provides MMS stream protocol library - shared library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libmms0
libmms0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libmms0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libmms0 *
You will get with libmms0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
