libmission-control-plugins-dev software package provides management daemon for Telepathy (headers for plugins), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libmission-control-plugins-dev
libmission-control-plugins-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libmission-control-plugins-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libmission-control-plugins-dev*
You will get with libmission-control-plugins-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
