libmini18n-dev software package provides minimal internationalization library - devel headers, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libmini18n-dev
libmini18n-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libmini18n-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libmini18n-dev *
You will get with libmini18n-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
