libming-dev software package provides Library to generate SWF (Flash) Files (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libming-dev
libming-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libming-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libming-dev *
You will get with libming-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
