libmidgard2-dev software package provides Midgard Content Repository - Development Files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libmidgard2-dev
libmidgard2-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libmidgard2-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libmidgard2-dev *
You will get with libmidgard2-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
