libmessage-passing-zeromq-perl software package provides input and output messages to ZeroMQ, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libmessage-passing-zeromq-perl
libmessage-passing-zeromq-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libmessage-passing-zeromq-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libmessage-passing-zeromq-perl*
