libmatewnck software package provides MATE Window Navigator Construction Kit (transitional package), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libmatewnck
libmatewnck is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libmatewnck package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libmatewnck *
You will get with libmatewnck package name, version, architecture and description in a table
