libm4ri-dev software package provides Method of the Four Russians Inversion library, development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libm4ri-dev
libm4ri-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libm4ri-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libm4ri-dev *
You will get with libm4ri-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
