liblwpx-paranoidagent-perl software package provides a paranoid subclass of LWP::UserAgent, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblwpx-paranoidagent-perl
liblwpx-paranoidagent-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblwpx-paranoidagent-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblwpx-paranoidagent-perl *
You will get with liblwpx-paranoidagent-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
