liblwp-protocol-http-socketuni software package provides Perl module to speak http through unix sockets, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblwp-protocol-http-socketuni
liblwp-protocol-http-socketuni is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblwp-protocol-http-socketuni package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblwp-protocol-http-socketuni*
You will get with liblwp-protocol-http-socketuni package name, version, architecture and description in a table
