liblogg4-dev software package provides development files for the OGG loading addon for Allegro 4, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblogg4-dev
liblogg4-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblogg4-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblogg4-dev *
You will get with liblogg4-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
