liblocales-perl software package provides object-oriented access to localized CLDR information, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblocales-perl
liblocales-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblocales-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblocales-perl *
You will get with liblocales-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
