liblocale-po-perl software package provides Perl module for manipulating .po entries from GNU gettext, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblocale-po-perl
liblocale-po-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblocale-po-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblocale-po-perl *
You will get with liblocale-po-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
