libload-perl software package provides pragma for controlling when subroutines will be loaded, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libload-perl
libload-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libload-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libload-perl *
You will get with libload-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
