liblingua-en-numbers-ordinate- software package provides Perl module to convert from cardinal numbers to ordinal numbers, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblingua-en-numbers-ordinate-
liblingua-en-numbers-ordinate- is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblingua-en-numbers-ordinate- package were installed using the commands given below,
