liblcgdm1 software package provides LHC Computing Grid Data Management common libraries, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblcgdm1
liblcgdm1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblcgdm1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblcgdm1 *
You will get with liblcgdm1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
